Ficsa was founded by Francisca Sousa.
Francisca is an Architect, but her interest in Graphic Design had always been present since she was a little girl.
The Brand Identity theme bumped into her in the first year of college - her architectural projects were always presented with a proper identity in order to strength the concept of the projects and clearly pass its message to the critics.
In 2015 she started working in a well-known Architecture Studio where she enhanced her knowledge of image manipulation and Graphic Design.
In 2017 she embraced an architectural project for a Photography's Shop - PhotoEat. The concept was very innovative - a space where photography meets coffee and art. During the design the phase of Interior Design Francisca felted the need of extending the architectural concept to graphic elements. It started with signage and logo design and quickly expanded the project to a complete new Brand Identity. Since then she has been working in Brand Identity with customers from all over the world and from a large scope of business areas - food and beverages, real estate, fashion, digital development, health services, etc.
As the orders volume increased, so did the list of requirements. As our priority is to create a whole Brand Identity Package, the need of extending our services to the web became a necessity. That was when Hugo joined in with his talented web development skills!
Hugo started in 2003 developing over Joomla and kept developing his Web Developer skills today, being the perfect asset to join the team.
