Heenay Joshi – Property Expert is a personal company in the Real Estate field.
Our aim was to create a brand identity that would reflect our client’s personality and values: approachable, dedicated, integrate, trustful and professional.
The logo uses the client’s initials (H & J) to design a Real Estate icon. The black minimal characters intertwine to create a void that is perceived as a house. The door of the house extends, forming a path that will lead the customer to experience the “Property Journey” of Heenay Joshi.
The color palette is mainly composed by white and black with a splash of burgundy color.
The overall Brand Identity results in a strong professional look while being approachable and welcoming.
We also designed business cards, letterheads, social media elements and various brochures.
